This riverfront house located at 350 Endicott Drive in Soldotna, Alaska is available through advanced booking. Book early for the 2023 season.
Soldotna is located 145 miles southwest of Anchorage Alaska. The drive from Anchorage is along a nationally recognized Scenic Byway and takes about 3 hours. Soldotna can also be reached from Anchorage on a short 25 min flight to Kenai.
The Chinook or King run begins mid-May and continues through mid-June with a second run beginning early July. The largest Sockeye or Red run begins around July 8 and continues into the first week of August. Coho or Silver Salmon run from mid-July well into October. Fat Rainbow Trout and Dolly Varden can be caught throughout the season using flesh and egg patterns or by casting spinners. Hunting opportunities for large and small game abound on the Kenai Peninsula. The Kenai River House is centrally located for many recreational opportunities any time of the season.
